Arrested After Systematic Predatory Behaviour
A man has been arrested on suspicion of grooming offences under the sexual communications act 2003 after he was found to be grooming what he thought were twenty or more children.
When the teams approached John Herring of Rugeley, Staffordshire, it was only minutes prior that he'd added and incited what he thought was a child into sexual activity. A staggering total of over twenty victims have come forward, only now our main concerns are has he been in contact with other children over the years prior to his arrest?
Revelations since HERRING's arrest have been brought to light. The local NEIGHBOURS have stated that HERRING has a history of offences relating to minors, and that he exposed himself many times to children in the area. Neighbour requests to have him removed have been declined despite their safeguarding concerns for their own children.
